What disappoints me the most is not the fact that you didn't know the rule, although it is clearly written in our constitution and in Portlands thread before the rookie draft (see RJ Barrett example), but that you did not double check the rule before accusing some managers (myself included) that we don't play by the rules.

Denver don't take personally, you know I respect you. I know the rule and another manager send it to me before you answer. It's stupid to select a player in the No15 and get the contract of a 2nd rounder. If you don't see it or you don't understand it , what can I say... Rules can be changed if they are not correct and if you choose a player in No15 you 've got to pay him as a No 15 not as a 2nd rounder. You are one of the comitee and you have to change rules like that. And for sure it wasn't to accuse you. I am not the perfect one, everybody makes mistakes. My mistake was that I didn't told you in a PM first but after that trade I was off...

Buddy I personally drafted Langford and cam thinking that they will be given 27th and 30th rookies salaries.
I think this is the silliest rule of our constitution, but when I learned we did the same last year , I couldn't say anything.

We can't enforce vetoes without public opinion, because we guys are talking a lot together unlike the other managers. This may create a dictatorship and nobody wants that. My buddy pelicans said the final words owner is committee but we are not using it. 

Nobody wants you leave you can talk and talk and talk. Portland always does that and he is still in the league

Most things were answered, I just want to express my opinion about the valuation you're talking about in this sentence: "GS gave 35pts 4 3pts 1stl for Okogie and Evans and we accept it?"

We're playing a dynasty league with a salary cap, so this is not how everyone values players. For example if I offer you Westbrook for RJ Barrett, would you accept it? Westbrook's numbers will be a lot better for sure, but is it the only criteria?

Every manager has a different agenda, that enables them to make trades they both feel like they're winning and that's what we should love about this league. The NBA works like this, teams make trades and we call some of them idiots; sometimes they are right, sometimes not. They're all just trying their best, as should we. Unless we have reasonable doubt of a collusion, we just need to accept what's going on and try to make best moves for ourselves.

In this particular example, GSW got rid of a contract he didn't want(Redick) and gave up a guy he didn't know how much he'll have to pay(Oubre - RFA) and got a bit of something in return. He belives he won this trade, apparently I am the only other manager who agrees. I understand that you don't think it is a good trade for him, but he doesn't need to persuade other managers to do what he believes is right. Why is it so hard to just respect that?

And dear San Antonio, I’m pretty sure everyone appreciates your feedback and I hope this operates as a wake up call for the entire call, like Denver said, IF YOU WANT A RULE TO BE CHANGED take the 5 minutes to send the committee a message and we shall make a poll where all members will have to vote. This league is an active organism and we all want it to become better year by year.

Just keep in mind, as the great Mathew Berry has said, no matter how many rules changes happen there will always be someone who will bitch about a trade!

As for the bold that Miami used, I am 100% with him and by no means is that disrespectful to any of us, we specifically created a bullshit thread for all of us to comment on anything about the league so please try to refrain from commenting on trade threads, it will help eliminate the assumption that managers have personal issues against each other.

I would like to personally thank you for sharing your thoughts about the recent events of our league..you shouldn't press your feelings and you should have let us know about all these earlier..

Some counter-thoughts at what you wrote :

      Thank you for aknowledging that we are not getting any money from this...the job of the committee is to sacrifice personal time and at times to interupt working hours so as to provide the best sufficient enviroment so as all participants         managers can play in a league with the special characteristics as ours...we are not pressed to do it but we do it because we love the whole situation.. If you cannot understand what our job is , then this is your problem..
If you think we are not doing well the job that you don't know we are doing , then please come and join us.. I can personally give you my place at the committee...It will save me a lot of time..

     The league will not be destroyed by the departure of any manager...I really appreciate your active participation and your efforts to make your team better...I will be really sad to see you leaving but this is something you have to decide , not us.

      For Boston , the manager informed us on time and before acting so as to give him the permission to co-owner the team..the league talked about this and permitted it..
      For Milwaukee , the manager decided to leave from the league...nobody forced his out..and don't tell me that he felt underprivileged because of the way he lost at the finals...please don't...

       My shouting (as you correctly wrote) was for all participants and not specifically you...If you felt offended by this , i want to apologize....If you still feel that , go to a doctor...

      I expressed by oposition to that bad trade (according to my opinion) by sending a veto vote to that.. I didn't see you sending something..
      The veto procedure from all league's participants is something we do from last year.. I really hope that your misunderstanding to that has to do with being too angry to handle this trade situation.

      For me the contract have to do with the position you select the player and not the player's position in real draft.. 
      Therefore, i believe that Bol Bol should get the contract of the 15th position that he was selected at our league and the salary of the 44th pick..
      I feel there is a misunderstanding here that needed to be clarified... I have to say at this moment that i really didn't check it....
      BUT you that checked and found this "mistake"  , you never pointed that to the committee so that the matter to be discussed and solved..
      If you need to argue for something , go find other place to argue...we are not here to argue.. we are here to play a game that we all love..
