Ahead of tonight's NBA Draft Lottery and in line with our constitution and the Rookie draft Process ( Link: hatecity.freeforums.net/thread/12/rookie-draft-works ),  please find below the Rookie Pick table determining the order for this year's Rookie Draft in Hate City.

Please keep in mind:

- Picks 13-20 are already known. To determine those, the regular season standings were taken into consideration. This means p.ex. that MIL drafts last at no20 despite not winning the league, because he finished first in the regular season. Real NBA works in similar fashion.
