Dear Chicago's GM, Please re-check page hatecity.freeforums.net/thread/9/free-agency-101 of the constitution. At the end it clarifies that during season every FA player can only be offered a contract of 500.000_1. Therefore, the correct one is your second bid..The committee will not punish you for any reason but next time please check the constitution and for any inquiries , we are always at your disposal.
